A booking deposit/part payment of £150/$250 per week is payable at time of reservation, the total payment must be paid 2 months prior to your stay. 
The pool can be heated during the day at an additional cost of $23/£14 per day.
If pool heating is requested the spa is also heated to a similar temperature, this has to be for a minimum of 5 consecutive days
As  with all rental homes, a security deposit of £150/$250 is also required. This will be fully refunded 2 weeks after departure subject to no losses or damage to the house or it's contents being reported to us by our management company.
   
How to book?
If you wish to stay in our home, contact us by phone or e-mail, we will confirm
availability and send you a booking form. This will show the price you pay and when payments are due, also our terms and conditions will be listed in full.
Please complete one copy of the booking form and return to us along with your
booking deposit/part payment. Your booking is then confirmed.
We are happy to hold a booking for 7 days to allow time for papers to be returned.
